A Y U is an oasis of calm in the heart of
Dunedin's vibrant warehouse precinct.
Sweeping through the ground floor of a beautiful art deco building, A Y U Community Space is
a light-bathed, open-plan, 170m2 venue, featuring five specially designed areas and a full stock of props, furniture, and tech for your event.
From trainings, think-tanks, gigs and galas, to cocktails, conferences, photoshoots and launches, our versatile space and talented team is here to support your vision.
